Airelated offers a variety of service to meet the needs of the customers.
A. Preventive Maintenance Contract:
This is an agreement signed between a customer (owner/tenant) and Airelated where we are obligated to perform routine servicing of the air-conditioning units (A/C). The frequency varies depending on the usage and environment where the A/C is located. It could be on monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual schedule. For home environments, monthly and bi-monthly options are common. Routine servicing entails system performance checks on operating pressures, temperatures, condensation, noise, cleanliness, air volume and circulation. It minimise risk of unexpected failures and keeps the A/C system in good operating order at optimum efficiency. A poorly maintained system consumed more energy and increase the monthly utilities charges payable by customer.
B. Break-down complaint and Repair service:
This is when A/C has broken down and in need of repair. A responsive and competent service is needed to restore the A/C back to operation. The capability of a well- trained field technician to assess and troubleshoot the failure for root cause is highly desired. There have been cases by some unqualified technician where repairs were made on poorly diagnosed failures which only delay subsequent and more serious malfunction. Airelated, a 3 decade long A/C specialist maintained a pool of skilled technicians backed by field engineers, equipped with state-of-the-art technological diagnostic tools ensure complete and accurate identification and repair of the air-conditioning units. Airelated is well versed with the diverse products of OEM (original Equipment Manufacturer) of reputable brands such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Panasonic, Samsung, Carrier, York, Trane and others.
The complaint and repair service does not cover only residential A/C products but also commercial and industrial products; chillers, AHUs, condensers, VRV, Fan coil units, Cooling towers, Mechanical ventilation.
An inspection charge may be levied for troubleshooting and identifying the problem source. A separate quotation for necessary repair would be extended to the customer upon request.
C. Extended Warranty service:
Over and above the standard warranty provided by the equipment manufacturer there may be a desire to purchase extended warranty for longer term protection. Subject to the life cycle and nature of the product Airelated may consider to offer extended warranty for the product on request. Typically extended warranty request should be made before the expiry of the standard warranty granted. The rate and period of extension is subject to Airelated evaluation and Airelated without prejudice may not offer this service as it is on a case-to-case basis.
