Airelated was founded in 1981 with a vision to be a professional air-conditioning specialist in commercial and industrial air-conditioning plants. It progressed from a humble beginning of repairing, servicing and maintaining chiller and ancillary system to assisting with design, energy improvement , supply and installation of large chiller plant system. Installation for data centres and others with Green mark certification. The variety of projects undertaken encompass hospitals, education institutions, military camps, religious worship centres, shopping malls, retail and business complexes.

The company in Singapore is L5 BCA ( Building Control Authority) qualified and has undertaken many sizeable ACMV projects either as NSC or specialist contractor to many main-contractor. In the more than 3 decades of presence in Singapore It has work with many reputable consulting engineers and architects and property owners.

Airelated maintains an in-house capability with a broad suite of activities: auto-Cad design, sizing, installation, project supervision and management, service and maintenance of air-conditioning plants. With its direct pool and expertise of human resources it is able to respond quickly and effectively to changes which is inevitable in the course of a project execution.
